While working in UAE’s healthcare sector for decades, Parameswaran observed how claim submissions often moved into a “black box” after reaching payers.

Limited visibility left providers waiting for payments, while collections teams engaged in routine email follow-ups instead of using internal claim data to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

In 2016, this observation led to the creation of a comprehensive FP&A-style reporting system — built using Microsoft Power BI — that connects claim submissions, remittances, and payments into one analytical model.

The result: a real-time, visual understanding of what’s pending, what’s paid, and where action is needed.
