The Standard Plan is ideal for providers who require consistent, data-driven revenue cycle support through remote coordination.
Services Included:
End-to-end claims follow-up and AR tracking
Telephonic follow-ups with payers
Email coordination and payer portal follow-ups
Online meetings with payer/provider teams (where applicable)
Bi-monthly AR status updates
Monthly analytics, trend analysis, and FP&A dashboards
Identification of aging risks and payer delay patterns
Pricing Model:
Monthly retainer fee, customized based on billing volume and claim complexity.

Remote + On-Ground Escalation Support
Remote + On-Ground Escalation Support
The Premium Plan is designed for providers who require direct, in-person payer engagement to accelerate escalations and resolve chronic delays.
Includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus:
Quarterly on-ground visits to UAE payer offices
Face-to-face coordination with payer representatives
Escalation of long-pending and high-value claims
Support for complex and recurring payer issues
Priority handling during visit periods
On-Ground Visit Fee:
An additional fee equal to 50% of the monthly retainer, billed quarterly, applies for this service.
Premium Plan is recommended for providers with high AR volumes or frequent payer delays.

For providers who do not require quarterly visits but need occasional physical escalation, a specific on-ground visit option is available.
